This week, Maria Sosa will bring a powerful message titled "Jesus, The Healer," exploring the multifaceted healing power of Christ. Rooted in Isaiah 53:3-5, this sermon unveils how Jesus carries our sorrows, heals our wounds, and restores us completely. The message highlights five dimensions of Jesus as the ultimate healer: He is the Healer of Sin, offering spiritual healing and forgiveness (Psalm 103:2-3); the Comforter of the Broken, bringing emotional healing and restoration to the heart (Isaiah 61:1-2); the Restorer of the Body, extending physical healing through His divine power (Exodus 15:26); the Sun of Righteousness, embodying holistic healing and freedom (Malachi 4:2); and the King of Eternal Healing, fulfilling the messianic promise of everlasting restoration (Isaiah 53:3-5).

This will be a regular service, but we have set aside a special response time for those in need of healing. As a fun way to celebrate the season, we’re encouraging everyone to wear their favorite Christmas sweaters. Come ready to worship, reflect on Jesus’ healing power, and experience His restorative presence in your life!

Join us at City Church for our Candlelight Christmas Eve Services on December 24th! Joe and Danielle Peña look forward to welcoming you and your loved ones to this one-hour celebration of Jesus' birth. Our Español service is at 4 PM, and our English service is at 6 PM. Enjoy a festive evening with a PhotoBooth, hot cocoa bar, Christmas cookies, and the conclusion of our Prophesied King series. Bring your family and friends to experience the joy and wonder of Christmas in a beautiful atmosphere of hope and light!

Every year we take two Sundays to rest as a church and team. There will be no services on Sunday, December 29th and we encourage everyone to plan time with their family to reflect on the goodness of God. You're invited to join us again on January 5th at our 10am and 12pm service times!

City Church is looking for dedicated volunteers to join our Weekly Campus Care teams at both our Mojave and Lancaster campuses. We need helping hands for essential tasks such as cleaning, lawn care, and maintenance projects to keep our church environment welcoming and well-maintained. If you have a heart to serve and a few hours to spare each week, your contribution would be a blessing to our community. Join us in making a difference and ensuring that our spaces continue to reflect the care and love we share as a church family.

El mensaje destaca cinco dimensiones de Jesús como el sanador supremo: Sanador del Pecado, ofreciendo sanidad espiritual y perdón (Salmos 103:2-3). Consolador de los Quebrantados, trayendo sanidad emocional y restauración al corazón (Isaías 61:1-2). Restaurador del Cuerpo, extendiendo sanidad física a través de Su poder divino (Éxodo 15:26). Este será un servicio regular, pero hemos reservado un tiempo especial de oración para la sanidad de aquellos que lo necesiten. ¡Además, para celebrar la temporada, te animamos a usar tu suéter navideño favorito! Cada año tomamos dos domingos para descansar como iglesia y como equipo. No habrá servicios el domingo 29 de diciembre, y te animamos a planear tiempo con tu familia para reflexionar sobre la bondad de Dios. ¡Te invitamos a reunirte con nosotros nuevamente el 5 de enero en nuestros horarios de servicio de las 10 AM y 12 PM!

City Church está buscando voluntarios dedicados para unirse a nuestros equipos de Cuidado Semanal de los Campus en Mojave y Lancaster. Necesitamos manos dispuestas para tareas esenciales como limpieza, mantenimiento de jardines y proyectos de reparación para mantener nuestro ambiente acogedor y bien cuidado. Si tienes un corazón para servir y algunas horas disponibles a la semana, tu contribución sería una gran bendición para nuestra comunidad.
